Fusion Health Care is building an integrated Normal Human Immunoglobulin business.

Genexglob a solvent detergent treated, chromatographically purified immunoglobulin G(IgG) derived from pooled human plasma.

The approved indications include Primary Immunodeficiency (PID), Kawasaki disease, Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, Paediatric HIV1 infection and Hemopoietic stem cell transplantation in elderly.

The clinical experience has also shown efficacy in GB syndrome, Multifocal Motor Neuropathy, CIDP, Lambert Eaton Myasthenic syndrome, Myasthenia Gravis, Neonatal Sepsis, Polymyositis, Dermatomyositis and few others.

Description:Human normal immunoglobulin (HNIG) is another name for immune globulin or immunoglobulin. It is a substance obtained from the blood of human donors. It is available for intramuscular injection (IGIM), subcutaneous injection (SCIG) and, more commonly, intravenous injection (IVIG or IGIV). It contains general antibodies that are not specific to a particular infection. It is administered to people with weakened immune systems caused by primary immunodeficiency (PI), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). It is not intended for use in patients with acquired immune deficiencies.


Normal Human immunoglobulin is contraindicated in Hyperprolinemia, intramuscular immunoglobulin injections (which are now rarely used) are contraindicated in anyone with a severe coagulation disorder.

For the liquid preparation, store is a colorless glass container, protected from light, at the temperature stated on the label. For the freeze-dried preparation, store in an airtight colorless glass container, protected from light.
